Norman Surgical Associates, LLC. includes four highly qualified board certified general surgeons: James R. “Rick” McCurdy, M.D., Tom Shi Connally, M.D., John B. Chace, M.D. and M. Daniel Isbell, M.D. each with his own special interests. These include: minimally invasive surgery, breast, endocrine, major abdominal, peripheral vascular and non-cardiac thoracic surgery.

Dr. Chace and Dr. Isbell are the new co-directors of the Norman Regional Healthcare Systems Breast Care Centers.

This group of surgeons represents an evolving surgical practice that began as Hughes-McCurdy Clinic over 40 years ago in central Oklahoma and now also participates in the care of a major portion of southern Oklahoma.

Norman Surgical Associates is located in Doctors Park Building immediately north of the Norman Regional Hospital Porter Street campus and just 3 miles east of the Healthplex campus on I-35 and Tecumseh road.
